If you wish access to the source off the back of the old Medical forms that displayed a list of Medical Referees in the UK for SCUBA. We do not warrant that it is still current, and/or correct. It's sole purpose is to offer a source of information for those who need to contact a properly experienced doctor. That reliable member of the club Gordon Bell has sourced a PDF copy, current as of June 2002.
